Lesson 7 teaches the high notes of your ocarina, high C and the D above it where it has one, played clear rather than airy, and ends with the opening of Amazing Grace.

Why do high ocarina notes sound airy or flat?

They need more air than the low ones. Pure Ocarinas notes that ocarinas "are tuned with a breath curve, where pressure must increase as you play higher notes". The lesson gives you each high note with its fingering and tells you when you have the note in tune; on a 4-hole it teaches the high C that ocarina tops out on.

Which tune does lesson 7 end with?

The opening of Amazing Grace, in the key of F, up to its high C. The tune is public domain: our tabs follow William Walker, The Southern Harmony, 1835, page 8 (Internet Archive).
