The drop from B down to D, a sixth, in the middle of the tune. The D is the lowest note, so the air has to come right down, and the A after it needs it back. On a 12-hole, Goron Lullaby goes from B to D: you cover the left ring, left middle, right index, right middle and right ring. On a 6-hole or 4-hole, you lift the right middle and cover the left middle, left index and right index.

What does the Goron Lullaby do?
It puts Gorons to sleep. Link has to play it to the Goron who blocks the path to Snowhead Temple. Zelda Wiki says it has the opposite effect to the Sonata of Awakening, which wakes people up.
Where do you learn Goron Lullaby in Majora's Mask?
The Goron Elder teaches the first six notes at the Goron Shrine in Goron Village, which Zelda Wiki calls the "Lullaby Intro". He cannot remember the rest, so Link plays the intro to the Baby Goron inside the shrine, who teaches him the last two notes.
